Relief Cup Decals

Regardless of the product grade confirmed by both parties, we manufacture embossed mugs with premium materials for both blank mugs and decal papers. All blank mugs adopt first-class quality, and the decal paper materials—including base paper, pigments, mixing oil and cover oil—are all top-grade, ensuring the decal paper has better ductility to fit the mug surface perfectly during application.

Decal application is performed solely with purified water, and entirely completed manually by highly skilled decal craftsmen to guarantee elaborate workmanship for every piece. As shown in the video, technicians gently scrape from the center of the pattern to the periphery with a rubber squeegee to expel moisture and air bubbles between the decal paper and the mug surface, while minimizing pattern distortion to the greatest extent. For concave and convex areas, a soft cloth or sponge is used to press gently, allowing the decal paper to penetrate every gap of the embossed parts and bond tightly with the mug body, ensuring the pattern fits the embossed contour perfectly with a smooth and clean finish.

After decal application, the drying time is extended from 2–4 hours for ordinary products to over 24 hours. Once the decal paper is completely dry and fixed, a test firing will be carried out first, and full-scale firing will be conducted only after passing the test.
