580°C Kiln Test for Printed Glass Cups: Ensuring Reliable High-Temperature Decoration
Following our previous kiln test, where thin-walled glass cups showed deformation at 605°C, we conducted another deformation test on several popular glass cup models at 580°C.
The test results showed that all tested cups maintained their original shape after firing at 580°C. Based on these results, we have greater confidence in using high-temperature glass printing technology for mass production. Compared with low-temperature fired decal, high-temperature fired designs offer enhanced durability and long-term performance, even though both options meet the same requirement of passing 25+ dishwasher cycles in our testing.
Through continuous testing and process optimization, we aim to provide reliable decoration solutions for our customers' glassware projects.
